Marion was really exhausted and didn’t want to go out, but I said “this only happens once every 108 years and off we went to Wrigley! I have been an active real estate buyer for 6 years and have bought hundreds of properties. Kimberly Rubel – Office Secretary Kim handle administrative, clerical, and financial duties.  She manages repairs and utilities . She is also assigned to do bookkeeping  like paying the mortgage, taxes and insurance.  She maintains records concerned with sales and management of real estate. Kim also conducts accounts payable, receivable duties, bank reconciliation and deposits..

Toni Macaranas – Executive Assistant Toni manages the daily operations and perform a multitude of duties to support the real estate sales team. She create & manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation tracking & all office administration. She also handle calls, text messages, email support , preparing real estate forms,  documents and correspondence, mailing newsletters, reports, maintaining company website and social media.
