Love Festival Properties! My wife and I own 8 rental homes, as we have gotten older it’s hard to keep up the rentals and sometimes you get good tenants and some bad ones. We have had health issues in the last few years and wanted to sell the properties but we weren’t sure of not selling it through a realtor, so we got together with festival properties and let them sell one of them to see how it went before we did the other 7. I would give 10 stars if I could. I had an outstanding experience with Festival Properties. I’m getting ready to retire and want to sell my 4 homes and wanted to sell them “as is” two were in pretty bad shape and needed a lot of work and the other two had long term renters and needed little repairs and some updates. Mark Skowron gave me a fair price and I didn’t have to do anything to them. Three of the properties were a quick close and the last one took a few weeks longer due to my health problems and not being able to let the estimators and contractors into my house. All of Festival properties employees were so very helpful and answered all of my questions. Im so excited that I can now move to North Carolina to be near my kids and grandkids. Life is good!
